What are the prescribed Doses?

Naltrexone bupropion (contrave) is prescribed to be taken by mouth in the morning and not to be crushed, chewed, or cut because by doing so it can release all chemicals/ingredients at once and lead to some concerning situations.

Doses can be taken in following manner;

  •    In first initial week 1 tablet in morning followed by another week but now in evening too (1 tablet) then in the third week morning dose of 2 tablets and evening by 1 dose and in the fourth week go by morning dose of 2 tablets followed by 2 tablets in the evening and so on.

In the 12th week get done with evaluation and stop the medication if results are not showing otherwise it can create mental imbalance.
